In observation of the holidays, the Austintown Rotary will not be meeting on December 28,2009. We would like to wish everyone A Safe and Happy Holiday Season!
The meeting was called to order by President Brian Larawayl toby Mirto led the invocation, pledge of allegiance, and singing God Bless America.
VISITORS: Vince Colaluca, Superintendent of Austintown Schools visited us for thethird time.
SONGLEADER: Susan Leetch was song leader, used the Get Together song.

* NO MEETING THIS MONDAY, DECEMBER 28.
* Interact students rang the bell for Salvation Army
* The Christmas Party was fantastic. Well done Dr. Mike and Ericka Cafaro!!
* Start thinking about the Reverse Raffle. We need ticket sellers and donations for the Chinese Auction. Melissa and Harv will have other things to worry about and won't be able to do what they've done previously.
* JANUARY 27: Jean Irwin, Educator of Deaf Children will be the speaker at a 6 club meeting to be held at noon at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. Our club was asked to do the PR on this event. Info will be coming in.
* JANUARY 25 - NO MEETING (none of the other clubs are having a meeting that week due to the January 27 event.)
* JANUARY 27 - Jean Irwin from Reno will speak to the 6 clubs held at Holiday Inn.
* Woodside Reads is up and running on Wednesdays in the morning in the outside trailer. It's only 1 hour to donate. If interested contact Gary Reel. This counts as a makeup.
Chuck Baker had no Rotary minute this week.
FELLOWSHIP: Bruce Laraway donated to the frog/pig for the Browns winning.
RAFFLE: Brian Laraway won the little one but lost the biggie.
